eight years

thankful to Jesus this early morning. His love extravagant. we are moving soon. we can hardly believe it. as boxes are accumulating and slowly pictures are coming off the walls, i am nostalgic thinking about all the time spent under this roof. jeff carrying me over the thresh hold, having dinner with friends in our eat-in kitchen, bringing home JKB from the hospital, sleepovers - you were probably one of those, and so much more.

we have lived in our little one bedroom (make-shift three) apartment in Boston for over eight years. if only it's walls could talk. they would speak of laughter (usually me ... laughing at Jeff. smile!), love, joy, trial, sickness, pain.

one of my sweet memories will be sitting on the front porch watching people walk by. rushing to work, to school, walking their dogs, strolling their babies, going for a jog, or just out getting a breath of fresh air.

it has been so good.

Aw! Etna Street! You will always treasure those memories Sar! I feel the same way about the little apartments Steve and I shared in Brighton (for 1 year) and then Newton. Precious memories! I thank God for you friend!

Oh that the glory of God would be made known in the city of Boston and to the four corners of earth!
